How credits work
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits — fuel for chat and Agent. Credits go down as the AI reads MLS data and writes answers back.
- Not one credit per search. A quick MLS # lookup is light. A full results table or a multi-step Agent run costs more.
- Model choice matters. Fast mode stretches your pool. Smarter models use more credits because they cost more to run.
- Teams share one pool. Team and Brokerage credits are shared across seats.
- Need more mid-month? Buy add-on credit packs. Prefer your own AI keys? Usage can bill to your provider instead.

Does MLSync train AI models on my MLS data?
MLSync keeps your MLS research out of public consumer chats by default. If your MLS or brokerage needs a stronger no-training guarantee, contact us so we can preselect AI models that meet those requirements.
